Thomas was great…. he stated off by telling me it was “way too early to worry and that I needed to stay calm” . He then had me send him pics of what I thought might be bed bugs. He quickly returned my calls/text and based on what I Sent him , he told me he would not spend money on bed bug treatment!!! WOW! thank you for not taking advantage of me!!!
