I contacted Thomas after having my house tented by another company. There is no guarantee or treatment offered if the problem reoccured. Which it did. Then I tried the heat treatment. I had to pick up the equipment And figure out the set up. 2 days of moving heaters and the problem came back. Again no guarantee is offered by that company. After spending over 5k still had an issue. I found Thomas thru google. And I’m glad I did. He guaranteed retreatment if there was another issue. I didn’t have to prep like I did for the other 2 procedures as it was included in the K&A Pest Control offer.  Thomas comes highly recommended by me!

Call Thomas; He was very discreet and He explained his machines and how they worked and what type of chemical he was using. He was clean and efficient and left us literature along with the verbal information and instructions as to what we needed to do to be successful with this process. He also did our vehicles which was a huge bonus and we were happy he could provide this additional service! He came back to check on the progress and let us know that we are successful! He answered all our questions and was available when we nervously texted him more questions during the weeks that followed his services.

I highly recommend Thomas at K&A Pest Control. He is very knowledgeable and responsive. I live in a newly constructed condo with new furniture. Somehow a bedbug got in. I was so upset to have my brand new place invaded by bugs. I called one exterminator and they told me I’d have to empty all my clothes & curtains out of my condo. Basically move out for 2 weeks so they could fumigate it 2 weeks apart. I couldn’t believe this was my only option. So I went on line and found Thomas at K&A. who specializes in bedbugs. I was ready to leave a message when he picked up the phone at 11 PM. He reassured me that moving all my belongings out for 2 weeks was not necessary. Plus there would be no chemicals involved irradiating these nasty bugs. He came out the next morning. That was about a month ago. I have not seen a bedbug since then. I can’t thank Thomas enough. I’m so glad I talked to Thomas before hiring the other exterminator where my life was going to be upside down for 2 weeks. Thomas got rid of the bugs instantly. No chemicals!! Thank you Thomas.
