Upon searching high and low for the best exterminator I came across Thomas’s website. I am the type of person who will not pay for something unless it’s the best. After talking to Thomas for a while on the phone I was very confident that he could completely eradicate my pest problem. He is very informative and trys to make you comfortable through the entire process. I went from feeling like the world was ending to feeling “We Got This” After he came to treat my house I have yet to see a single one, Thomas is a pleasure to work with and gets the job done he made my problem feel miniscule Thank you Thomas

When my mother-in-law’s apartment got infested with bed bugs, my husband and I couldn’t believe it because she does not leave her place. And except for occasional doctors visit she is totally dependent on us to bring her everything she needs. But after speaking to Thomas at K&A Pest Control, we learned that the apartment building my mother-in-law lives in was probably infested and the bed bugs actually found their way from the apartment next door into my mother-in-law’s place. And as unbelievable as that sounds, it was true because K&A Pest Control resolved the problem.

Thomas was great. He worked well with my tenants and property manager…and best of all, he seems to have been extremely effective.

You can tell he takes pride in what he does. He follows a well thought out process he follows and backs it up with a warranty. His price is higher than some, but once he explains his process, you’ll understand why I say he’s a good value.

I highly recommend Thomas at K&A Pest Control. He is very knowledgeable and responsive. I live in a newly constructed condo with new furniture. Somehow a bedbug got in. I was so upset to have my brand new place invaded by bugs. I called one exterminator and they told me I’d have to empty all my clothes & curtains out of my condo. Basically move out for 2 weeks so they could fumigate it 2 weeks apart. I couldn’t believe this was my only option. So I went on line and found Thomas at K&A. who specializes in bedbugs. I was ready to leave a message when he picked up the phone at 11 PM. He reassured me that moving all my belongings out for 2 weeks was not necessary. Plus there would be no chemicals involved irradiating these nasty bugs. He came out the next morning. That was about a month ago. I have not seen a bedbug since then. I can’t thank Thomas enough. I’m so glad I talked to Thomas before hiring the other exterminator where my life was going to be upside down for 2 weeks. Thomas got rid of the bugs instantly. No chemicals!! Thank you Thomas.

I called K&A Pest Control at 11 PM at night just to leave a message. I was so upset about finding a bed bug in my bed. I found Thomas’s company on the internet and did not expect to hear from anyone until the next morning. I received a call back within 5 minutes and the inspection was scheduled for 8:30 AM next morning. By 9:15 AM the inspection was completed and my piece of mind restored.
