I have an issue with a type of bee that burrows in the ground , they were kinda enough to say they really couldn’t help me and offered names of other Pest Control that maybe able to help. Company like this deserves 5 stars .

We own a 9 unit apartment building in Springfield Mass. Early in this year one of our residents reported insect problem and we sent local exterminator immediately. In March we received two more calls from upset residents of that building reporting nocturnal bugs that bite. We called our friend in Somerville Mass who had his apartment building treated only a few months earlier for a similar reason. He told us about K&A Pest Control and highly recommended their service. All of the apartments affected were treated on the same day in early April. K&A Pest Control managed the entire process for us. From proper resident notifications, instructions and actually following up with each family on treatment progress. K&A Pest Control even suggested we make our building’s laundry facility free to residents for a month due to a considerable amount of washing and drying that was required of our residents as a part of the treatment, in order to get better cooperation. My wife and I received a treatment report after each visit via email. Within 4 weeks all of the apartments were bed bug-free. It has been almost 4 months, and we feel very comfortable recommending K&A Pest Control to anyone with a bed bug problem. Their professionalism and expertise are commendable.

Yesterday, my husband and I noticed an accumulation of blood on our top bed sheet. I panicked, because I was certain we had bed bugs. I went online to find bed bug exterminators near me. K and A Pest Control caught my eye. I liked that they specialize in eradicating bed bugs, and their web page listed all that we didn’t need to do during the process, such as move furniture, leave the house, and play the waiting game until all of the bugs were gone, etc.

I called the number provided on the web page and Thomas, the owner, answered the phone. He was with a customer at the time and said he would call me back in 40 minutes, which he did. I was very distraught and had a bunch of questions to ask. Thomas answered each question with patience and kindness. When we finished our conversation, I told him I would talk to my husband to determine whether or not we would invest in having our home treated for bed bugs.

My husband and I discussed the situation, at length, and determined that the amount of blood on the sheets was too extensive to be left by bed bugs. My husband, who is on blood thinners, had a small wound on his right hand, and he must have scratched it several times during the night causing it to ooze blood onto the sheet. We also checked the mattress, the base of the bed, behind the bed, behind a picture on the wall, the floor, and the electrical sockets. There was no evidence of bed bugs.

The next day, I texted Thomas, and told him about our discussion and our decision not to treat for bed bugs at this time. We told Thomas that we would be vigilant just in case we did, in fact, have the critters in our home. Thomas was very understanding and did not pressure us to try to change our minds.

Upon searching high and low for the best exterminator I came across Thomas’s website. I am the type of person who will not pay for something unless it’s the best. After talking to Thomas for a while on the phone I was very confident that he could completely eradicate my pest problem. He is very informative and trys to make you comfortable through the entire process. I went from feeling like the world was ending to feeling “We Got This” After he came to treat my house I have yet to see a single one, Thomas is a pleasure to work with and gets the job done he made my problem feel miniscule Thank you Thomas

We’re so thankful for Thomas! Yesterday, I was in tears. I felt so desperate thinking we had a bedbug problem. We sent him a few photos, and we felt so relieved when he told us it wasn’t. He said with 100% certainty it wasn’t, and it was a carpet beetle.

Thomas was incredibly kind, informative, and patient. He didn’t just give us the answers; we could tell he really cared. He explained everything clearly and gave us step-by-step instructions to fix the issue ourselves.

The best part? He was completely honest. Another company had told us it was bedbugs and quoted over $2,000. Thomas could’ve done the same, but he didn’t. He told us the truth and didn’t try to sell us anything we didn’t need.

And if it had been bedbugs, we would’ve trusted him completely. He actually knows how to get rid of them 100%. Thankfully, we didn’t need to go through all that, but we’re so glad we found someone honest, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind.
