I contacted Thomas after having my house tented by another company. There is no guarantee or treatment offered if the problem reoccured. Which it did. Then I tried the heat treatment. I had to pick up the equipment And figure out the set up. 2 days of moving heaters and the problem came back. Again no guarantee is offered by that company. After spending over 5k still had an issue. I found Thomas thru google. And I’m glad I did. He guaranteed retreatment if there was another issue. I didn’t have to prep like I did for the other 2 procedures as it was included in the K&A Pest Control offer.  Thomas comes highly recommended by me!

K & A Pest Control is a company to be trusted. Thomas advised me of the method and technique he would use to exterminate the bedbugs in my house. He was very informative about the “ways” of bedbugs and how to annihilate them and the eggs! He assured me that the treatment used by his company is extremely effective and non toxic. Also, he will follow up in about 3 weeks.
He kindly explained to me the extermination process.. My pets and I didn’t need to leave the house. I’m confident I will not have anymore creepy crawlers.

Discovering that your home has been invaded by bed bugs is traumatic for the entire family – it shakes you to the core to feel that your safe place has been invaded. However, working with Thomas at K&A Pest Control was the best decision we made.

Yesterday, my husband and I noticed an accumulation of blood on our top bed sheet. I panicked, because I was certain we had bed bugs. I went online to find bed bug exterminators near me. K and A Pest Control caught my eye. I liked that they specialize in eradicating bed bugs, and their web page listed all that we didn’t need to do during the process, such as move furniture, leave the house, and play the waiting game until all of the bugs were gone, etc.

I called the number provided on the web page and Thomas, the owner, answered the phone. He was with a customer at the time and said he would call me back in 40 minutes, which he did. I was very distraught and had a bunch of questions to ask. Thomas answered each question with patience and kindness. When we finished our conversation, I told him I would talk to my husband to determine whether or not we would invest in having our home treated for bed bugs.

My husband and I discussed the situation, at length, and determined that the amount of blood on the sheets was too extensive to be left by bed bugs. My husband, who is on blood thinners, had a small wound on his right hand, and he must have scratched it several times during the night causing it to ooze blood onto the sheet. We also checked the mattress, the base of the bed, behind the bed, behind a picture on the wall, the floor, and the electrical sockets. There was no evidence of bed bugs.

The next day, I texted Thomas, and told him about our discussion and our decision not to treat for bed bugs at this time. We told Thomas that we would be vigilant just in case we did, in fact, have the critters in our home. Thomas was very understanding and did not pressure us to try to change our minds.
