We’re so thankful for Thomas! Yesterday, I was in tears. I felt so desperate thinking we had a bedbug problem. We sent him a few photos, and we felt so relieved when he told us it wasn’t. He said with 100% certainty it wasn’t, and it was a carpet beetle.

Thomas was incredibly kind, informative, and patient. He didn’t just give us the answers; we could tell he really cared. He explained everything clearly and gave us step-by-step instructions to fix the issue ourselves.

The best part? He was completely honest. Another company had told us it was bedbugs and quoted over $2,000. Thomas could’ve done the same, but he didn’t. He told us the truth and didn’t try to sell us anything we didn’t need.

And if it had been bedbugs, we would’ve trusted him completely. He actually knows how to get rid of them 100%. Thankfully, we didn’t need to go through all that, but we’re so glad we found someone honest, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind.

Thomas was great. He worked well with my tenants and property manager…and best of all, he seems to have been extremely effective.

You can tell he takes pride in what he does. He follows a well thought out process he follows and backs it up with a warranty. His price is higher than some, but once he explains his process, you’ll understand why I say he’s a good value.

I called Tom just picking a random exterminator by Google. Tom answered the phone and I explained to him my situation which is a mess! I had questions in what do being a tenant in an apt. He explained to me when I’m responsible for treatment and when the landlord is obligated to do so.   I’m still in the middle of this mess but it was nice of him to answer my questions even though I’m not the one who would be hiring him. He just was willing to HELP me with answers. I hate that too many landlords out there don’t take care of the problem or just hire a cheapo to say “they hired someone” that did the job but of course don’t care about quality. Therefore the problem isn’t really taken care of so you just end up with the problem all over again! I wish he would just go with Tom but I know the chances of that are slim to none and Tom realizes that also. Tom was willing to help a tenant out with questions to get correct information because he doesn’t just care about $ he cares about solving the problem and obviously showed to me that he realizes no one should have to live like the way I am right now. I have seen the side of him that a lot of people never know about. That just because I’m a tenant it doesn’t mean I’m a nobody! He will give you information that you are most likely unaware of. Thanks Tom for helping me as much as you can. I appreciate people like that! Oh and btw I DID call other exterminators and they were “too busy to talk” once I said I’m a tenant looking for answers. Tom did happens to be busy when I called him on the way to a job but he called me back promptly and even gave me added info in text. I told him I’d refer him to anyone I know that has an issue at all being a tenant, landlord of buildings or an owner of a single home. I like his tactics and to me that says alot.

I highly recommend using K&A Pest Control Company. We recently discovered a problem with bed bugs and reached out to K&A Pest Control.  I spoke to the owner, Thomas and I realized right away that he was an expert in his field. He could not have been more kind, caring and reassured me he would be able to help us get rid of these pests, as long as we followed his direction/instructions.  We had tried another company that used chemical treatments and they required extensive preparation as well as the need to be out of the house for 4-5 hours. Unfortunately, the treatment did not work.  Thomas informed me that their company would take care of everything and we did not need to prep or  need to leave the house.

We had our first treatment with Gregg who was awesome! He was very kind, friendly and professional and explained everything he was doing as well as answering any questions we had.

We have been able to sleep a little more soundly now that we know we are in good hands with K&A Pest Control!
