We made the mistake of trying to remedy our bedbug situation by ourselves! Don’t make the same mistake we made! Call Thomas; He was very discreet and He explained his machines and how they worked and what type of chemical he was using. He was clean and efficient and left us literature along with the verbal information and instructions as to what we needed to do to be successful with this process. He also did our vehicles which was a huge bonus and we were happy he could provide this additional service! He came back to check on the progress and let us know that we are successful! He answered all our questions and was available when we nervously texted him more questions during the weeks that followed his services.
