I called Thomas at K & A after a very unsuccessful experience with a local extermination company here in CT.
Thomas explained the process he uses (steam) why it is more effective and safer than insecticides. He also explained his company will do the prep process prior to treatment. He also explained the have a 1-year guaranty, which no one else offers.
Evan, the K & A technician, arrived on time on the day promised and did an unbelievably thorough application of my home, explaining the process to us.
Two weeks later Thomas was at the home to do the follow up application, as promised. Again, explaining to my wife exactly what he was doing, reminding her of the guarantee and answering all her questions.
I can’t say enough about Thomas and his team and I would highly recommend K & A to anyone who is going thru the frustration that Bed Bug infestation causes.
