Discovering that your home has been invaded by bed bugs is traumatic for the entire family – it shakes you to the core to feel that your safe place has been invaded. However, working with Thomas at K&A pest control was the best decision we could have made. While we were nervous and upset, Thomas was calm and insightful. He is a consummate professional. This was not an easy or quick process – it takes a few weeks and a bit of inconvenience but it is not as earth shattering as it seemed on the day of the discovery. It may not be an experience that we would have chosen, but our family was able to pull together and our whole house has been cleaned! Again not the way we would want to pare down, but pare down we did and it feels good to be more organized and bug free!
