I returned from a week long vacation and found itchy red marks appearing on my arms and torso for several days. Suspecting we might have picked up some unwelcome guests while traveling I did a thorough search online for a reputable bedbug removal company to help diagnose the problem. K & A pest control had wonderful reviews and recommendations so I left a message for the owner, Thomas, immediately. He responded within a few hours and we set up an appointment the next day! I was so relieved to have such a quick response. Thomas was professional, very knowledgeable and thorough. To my great relief , he assured me that we did NOT have a bedbug problem at all. I was grateful for his professionalism and honesty, which unfortunately is not that easy to find elsewhere. I would recommend this company to family and friends should they find themselves in a similar situation.
