We’re so thankful for Thomas! Yesterday, I was in tears. I felt so desperate thinking we had a bedbug problem. We sent him a few photos, and we felt so relieved when he told us it wasn’t. He said with 100% certainty it wasn’t, and it was a carpet beetle.

Thomas was incredibly kind, informative, and patient. He didn’t just give us the answers; we could tell he really cared. He explained everything clearly and gave us step-by-step instructions to fix the issue ourselves.

K & A Pest Control is a company to be trusted. Thomas advised me of the method and technique he would use to exterminate the bedbugs in my house. He was very informative about the “ways” of bedbugs and how to annihilate them and the eggs! He assured me that the treatment used by his company is extremely effective and non toxic. Also, he will follow up in about 3 weeks.
He kindly explained to me the extermination process.. My pets and I didn’t need to leave the house. I’m confident I will not have anymore creepy crawlers.

We had a severe bed bug infestation in our Tampa home—constant bites, sleepless nights, and nothing we tried seemed to work. We wasted a huge amount of money on two different extermination methods: multiple rounds of chemical treatments and an ambient heat treatment, yet the bugs kept coming back ( Thomas at K&A explained in our phone conversation that most likely the bed bugs never left rather than returned ) . Every time we did the chemical treatments, we had to spend hours preparing the house, only for the exterminator to show up for just 30–40 minutes. Then, we had to leave our home for four more hours after each application, only to find the problem still wasn’t solved. Looking back, we wish we had focused less on the specifics of each treatment method but used our common sense more —after all, we’re not the experts—and instead asked the obvious questions: How long has the company been in business? Do they specialize in bed bug extermination? Most importantly, how long is their guarantee, and do the reviews support that?

I highly recommend using K&A Pest Control Company. We recently discovered a problem with bed bugs and reached out to K&A Pest Control.  I spoke to the owner, Thomas and I realized right away that he was an expert in his field. He could not have been more kind, caring and reassured me he would be able to help us get rid of these pests, as long as we followed his direction/instructions.  We had tried another company that used chemical treatments and they required extensive preparation as well as the need to be out of the house for 4-5 hours. Unfortunately, the treatment did not work.  Thomas informed me that their company would take care of everything and we did not need to prep or  need to leave the house.

We had our first treatment with Gregg who was awesome! He was very kind, friendly and professional and explained everything he was doing as well as answering any questions we had.

K & A Pest Control is amazing. When a friend of mine had to have her house treated for bedbugs, she thought I might have brought them home with me. I suspected the same and called another company for a free inspection. The inspector was rude, unprofessional, and seemed very uninformed about bedbugs. I went on K & A’s website and signed up for a document that gave advice on “what to do when you think you have bedbugs.” Through this sign-up, the owner, Thomas, emailed me personally and asked about my problem. I explained my dilemma, of how I believed the previous inspector missed the bugs and I didn’t feel comfortable in my own bed. Thomas was very understanding, patient, and came by the next day to double check. His inspection was thorough. He checked everything: bed, mattress, cracks, bags, closet… (not just the mattress like the other inspector). I could tell he was determined to find a problem to fix. He did not discover evidence of bedbugs, but graciously came by the next day to set up monitors and install the appropriate mattress covers. Luckily, I ended up not having a bedbug problem – just a big scare, but Thomas gave me peace of mind and that is priceless!
