Yesterday morning I thought I found bed bugs in my condo. Never having dealt with them before, I kicked into “Google mode,” researching be bugs and seeking a professional to consult. Since my locale in Florida had numerous pest control firms listed, I struggled with how to pick one that would turn out to be reputable. The K&A Pest Control link stood out since the firm has been in business for some time, only deals with bed bugs (not termites, lawn pests, etc.) and provides a 1-year guarantee. I called the number and am really glad I did. Thomas spent about ½ hour on the phone with me. He asked me to text photos to him while we spoke, diagnosed my situation, and provided a good deal of insight into bed bug habits and treatment. Fortunately, it appears likely that I don’t have bed bugs, so I’m now in “monitor the situation” mode. Thanks to Thomas, I’m clear on what to watch for, and, if the situation changes, I intend to call him immediately. What a relief to have found an expert with successful experience in the field rather than inadvertently subjecting myself to glib marketing pitch with uncertain success!
Called K&A Pest Control very early in the AM after finding them via Google. By 8:30 AM, the owner called back and explained how they go about bed bug extermination. I was impressed by his confidence and knowledge. Two days later no more bytes. Bed bug extermination was not cheap but definitely effective.

Tom came to check my situation I had a mild bed bug issue .I was embarrassed and confused on what to do .Tom made me feel so much better .He is extremely knowledgeable and he tells you straight but in a professional manner and he made sure i knew eaxaxtly how and why he was doing what he did .He is wonderful to talk to and i would higjly reccomend him to amyone .
